PANORAMIC SUPPORTS MBO OF FULL-SERVICE EXHIBITION CONTRACTOR
Yesterday we announced that we have supported the management buyout of Full Circle Events & Exhibitions Limited and Psycho Peacock Limited (‘the Group’). The MBO is also supported by Shawbrook Bank. The Buy-out team consists of twelve experienced employees, including Steve Comar (CEO) and Sarah Green (CFO) together with other senior members of the management team have all invested into the business.
Founded by Steve Barratt and Helenya Jones in 2013, Full Circle is an end-to-end event exhibition services business with in-house graphics provided through sister company Psycho Peacock. The Group has established a significant position in the UK events industry over the past five years and whilst the industry came to a standstill during the pandemic, tactical investment through that period has led to a strong recovery. The Group now serves some of the largest event organisers and venues across UK and Europe.
David Wilson, Partner at Panoramic, commented:
“We are delighted to support Steve and the rest of the team in the acquisition of Full Circle and Psycho Peacock. We are very excited at the prospect of backing an experienced management team, to now build from their existing position in the events and exhibitions market. We also look forward to working with Dan Martin and the rest of the Shawbrook team, with their support, we are confident we can help management continue to drive the success of the Group.”
Steve Comar, Managing Director, added:
“The MBO sets the stage for continued growth and innovation in both Full Circle and Psycho Peacock. We are excited to have two strong, like-minded commercial partners in Panoramic and Shawbrook, who will be supporting us on this exciting next phase. As a business, we are firmly focussed on bringing out the best in our teams, clients, and events, and channelling all our distinctive Mancunian energy into supporting the industry we love.”
Daniel Martin, Senior Director at Shawbrook, commented:
“It’s been a pleasure working with Steve, Sarah and the wider management team as we supported Full Circle with their MBO. This is also the first time we’ve partnered with David and Jake at Panoramic who have impressed us throughout the process.”
“The impact Steve has had since joining the business during the Covid period is truly inspiring, not least because the events industry was brought to a standstill as a result of the virus. Now that the industry has recovered, Steve and the team have successfully taken market share, growing the number of events they support year on year with plenty more to come.”
The investment will be the fifth investment from Panoramic’s SME Fund 3 which launched in 2023.
Panoramic’s investment into Full Circle and Psycho Peacock was led by Partner David Wilson, supported by Jake Wilson and Sam Straughan.
