Panoramic Enterprise Capital Fund 1
Panoramic Enterprise Capital Fund 1 closed in March 2010 and was oversubscribed at £34m.
Fund 1 could provide up to £3.5m into UK SMEs seeking growth capital. It has invested in 9 businesses and achieved a number of successful exits to date.
Fund 1 was raised with the support of the Enterprise Capital Funds programme, run by the British Business Bank.
Panoramic Growth Fund 2
Following the success of Fund 1, Panoramic Growth Fund 2 closed in April 2016 and was oversubscribed at £65m. All investors from Fund 1 have reinvested.
Fund 2 could provide up to £5m into UK SMEs seeking growth capital
As the new fund is primarily supported by institutional capital, it has the flexibility to invest in a wide a range of situations including development capital, replacement capital and management buy in/buyouts.
Panoramic SME Fund 3
Panoramic SME Fund 3 achieved a first close in March 2023 and a final close in July 2023. It was oversubscribed at £100m, with a number of existing investors from Fund 1 and Fund 2 continuing to back Panoramic.
Fund 3 can provide between £2-8m into UK SMEs.
This Fund has the flexibility to invest in a wide range of situations, including development capital, replacement capital and management buy-in/buyouts.
